HIP(USA) has been the oldest supplier of high pressure tubings, fittings, valves for use in sour oil and gas(H2S) services. HIP offer products in a 10,000 psi, 20,000 psi and 30,000 psi range. HIP range of "SGS" products are constructed of annealed 316 stainless steel and meet or exceed all requirements of NACE MR0175 and the American Petroleum Institute.
For those applications where H2S is not present, HIP standard line of valves, fittings and tubing can accommodate pressures to 150,000 psi, so high pressure means HIP as the vendor to depend upon.
HIP is a Graco company backed by solid R&D and expertise. HIP supply all the exotic materials like Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel, 6Mo and any others on request. HIP also supply airdriven high pressure pumps and valves , fittings and tubings for Hydrogen service.
